Baddaren Grön
Dipping – The learner should dip the chin and one ear under the water. This is repeated five times on each side.
Bubble – The learner must inhale, hold their breath and blow out into the water surface with their chin in the water, or blow a ping pong ball into the water surface. Repeat five times.
Baddaren Blå
Dipping – The learner should dip their face underwater, repeat five times.
Bubble – The learner should inhale, hold their breath and exhale underwater. Repeat five times.
Glide – In the water for five seconds with outstretched arms and the face should be below the water surface. Floats may be used. Repeat five times.
Baddaren Gul
Jump – The learner must jump into deep water from the edge, Repeat five times.
Bubble – The learner should inhale, hold their breath and exhale underwater. Repeat five times in deep water.
Glide – In the water for five seconds with outstretched arms and straight legs. The face should be below the water surface. The learner should propel forward without sinking. Floats may be used. Repeat five times.
Sköldpaddan (Turtle)
Float – In shallow water, the learner should float for five seconds on their back position, then make a rotation from their back position to their front position without touching the bottom.
Bläckfisken (Octopus)
Swim – Swim five meters of any stroke in shallow water.
Pingvinen Silver
Swimming – 10 meters of any stroke.
Float – 10 seconds in shallow water.
Jump – From the edge into shallow water.
Dipping – In shallow water, pick up objects from the bottom with both hands.
Pingvinen Guld
Swimming – 10 meters on their back in deep water. Swim – 10 meters on their front indeep water.
Float – 10 seconds in deep water.
Jump – From the edge in deep water
Silverfisken (Silverfish)
Swimming – 25 meters of any stroke.
Jump – From the edge in shallow water.
Guldfisken (Goldfish)
Swimming – 25 meters of any stroke in deep water.
Dive – From the edge in deep water.

Swim – 50 meters on their front in deep water.
Swim – 25 meters on their back in deep water.
Float – 1 minute or 10 meters.
Dive – From the edge in deep water.
Bronsmärket
Swim – 100 meters any stroke on their front in deep water.
Swim – 50 meters backstroke in deep water.
Float – 1 minute and 30 seconds or 20 meters.
Dive – 5 meters.
Lifesaving – Knowledge of points 1-3 in swimming and boating skills. Be able to help a person in distress with an extended arm. Throw a lifebuoy with rope from the edge to a distressed swimmer.
Silvermärket
Swim – 300 meters any stroke on their front in deep water.
Swim – 150 meters backstroke in deep water.
Float – 2 minutes or 50 meters.
Float – wearing clothing: 1 minute and 30 sec or 20 meters. Clothing: long-sleeved top and trousers.
Dive – underwater 8 meters.
Deep dive – twice from the surface to 1.5 meters.
Lifesaving – Knowledge of points 1-6 in swimming and boating skills. Be able to help a person in distress with an extended arm. Lifebuoy throw with a rope from the edge to a distressed swimmer. Throw a lifebuoy followed by swimming with a lifebuoy for 10 meters.
Hajen Brons
Swim – 100m in any swimming style in deep water.
Hajen Silver
Swimming – 100 meters of any stroke of which 25m is on their back in deep water.
Swim – 12.5m on their front, make a rotation from their front to their back without touching the bottom and swim 12.5m on their back.
Hajen Guld
Swim – 200 meters any stroke of which 50 meters is on their back in deep water.
Jump or Dive 1 meter depth.
Lifesaving – Be able to help a person in need with an extended arm.
Float with clothes – float for 1 minute or 10 meters. Clothing: long-sleeved top and long trousers.
Swim – 12.5 meters on their front position, make a rotation to their back without touching the bottom, swim 12.5 meters on their back.
Vattenprovet
Jump or dive into deep water so that the head is fully submerged.
Swim 200 meters continuously – 150 meters on their front and 50 meters on their back. The whole test is performed in deep water.
