I hold both the Level 2 full Swim Teacher Certificate (ASA) Amateur Swimming Association and the Level 2 full (STA) Swim Teachers Association, qualifying me to teach parent and baby up to competitive swimming. I have extensive experience teaching schools, additional needs, private lessons and group lessons.

As well as holding a Preparing to teach in the adult lifelong learning sector (PTILLS) qualification, I am also a qualified ISO internal auditor (DNV).  My professional background is in sports and facilities management. I studied Leisure and Tourism Management at the Metropolitan University in London.

You will find my lessons highly motivating and inspiring. I am a passionate and motivated swim teacher with high energy levels. My motivation is to see you succeed. (Check me out on GoWaters Google reviews).

Pranam Abhyuday

Hi, my name is Pranam. I started swimming at the early age of 5 and then took up professional swimming. Swimming practice had been a major part of my day-to-day routine ever since. I participated in numerous swimming competitions representing my state team with freestyle (front crawl) being my primary stroke. Being a professional swimmer, my focus is on details and technique. I enjoy working with people and helping them learn to swim the right way. In my classes, I work towards building confidence, breathing technique and stroke form progressively to make every individual a great swimmer. Swimming is not just a part of my life, but it is a “Way of Life” and I’m very passionate about it. I truly believe that swimming is a great exercise for the complete body and a lifesaving skill that everyone must learn. I am from Bangalore, India. I have been living in Sweden since 2019. I have been associated with GoWaters since January 2023.

Lucia Sanjuan Rodriguez

Hi I’m Lucia.

I have been interested in sports my entire life and I graduated as a teacher in Physical Education at the educational institution ISEF No 1 “Dr. Enrique Romero Brest” where I developed a solid foundation in pedagogy, physiology, and teacher training at all levels.

I was born in Argentina and worked there as a swimming teacher, field hockey coach and as a PE teacher in Elementary schools for many years. I lived there for almost my entire life, until 2020 when I started travelling around Europe.

I love sharing my knowledge and seeing my students implementing the tools I can show them, and how much gratification I feel when I can take part in someone’s learning process.

When I teach I like to create an environment where curiosity is encouraged, mistakes are seen as a part of learning, growth is celebrated and where having fun is the core holding it all together.

Oscar Lundberg

Hello, my name is Oscar Lundberg.

I am a certified swimming instructor through the Swedish Life Saving Society (SLS) and also hold a personal trainer certification, which I obtained during high school. Training has been a significant part of my life, and I have been involved in various forms of exercise for many years, which has given me a broad understanding of how the body works and how to best support people in their development.

I was born in Palestine but had a multifaceted upbringing in several different countries due to my parents’ work in international aid. This experience gave me a unique opportunity to get to know different cultures and meet people from all over the world, something that has shaped me both as a person and as an instructor. This background has instilled in me an openness and understanding that I carry with me in my work with students.

When I teach, I aim to create a safe and positive environment where each student feels seen and understood. It is important to me that my students get the most out of every lesson, and I strive to combine technique and joy in a way that makes training meaningful. I want them to feel that they are learning something valuable while also having fun, and that they leave each lesson with a smile and a new tool in their toolkit.
